Do I need an account to make an enquiry?
No. The form above reaches the desk directly. An account is only needed once you want the desk working a mandate on your behalf.
Will my enquiry be shared with counterparties?
Not as your enquiry. If you ask the desk to work a mandate, it approaches counterparties on your behalf under its own name, and your identity is disclosed only when you are ready to contract.
Can I speak to a person?
Yes. Say so in your enquiry and a person will reply. Escalations, credit questions and legal matters always involve a human here by design.
What if I am not ready to transact?
